I used to really struggle with putting myself out there, hiding behind my business brand. I didn't even show up on my business website (name or image!) and presence on social media was virtually non existent.

Until one day I realised that it wasn't about ME but the people I should be showing up for that needed MY help and expertise.

Today I coach ambitious Gen Xers who want to become more, achieve more and live more, finally be seen rather than invisible and be recognised for making a difference and adding value through decades of experience and insights.
